How do I start eye-care timing?

Tap the start button on Home to begin outdoor eye-care tracking. The app checks ambient light automatically and records effective outdoor time.

What is the Light Meter used for?

The Light Meter uses your device camera to estimate current light intensity so you can better understand whether your environment is suitable for outdoor eye-care routines.

Why wasn't my duration recorded?

Please ensure:

• Location and camera/light permissions are granted
• You are using the app in an outdoor daylight environment
• Low Power Mode is not limiting background behavior

How does data sync work?

Data is saved locally by default. When your device is signed in to iCloud and iCloud access is enabled for this app, cloud sync is turned on automatically.

Can I save outdoor places?

Yes. You can add and track favorite outdoor places to remember where your eye-care routine works best.
